Paul is an experienced business consultant and coach with a wealth of business experience covering the retail, leisure and construction industries. In the past 6 years he has assisted over 100 business leaders achieve their business ambitions.

Paul has successfully implemented a number of programmes based on Action Learning which have involved business leaders from across Scottish industry and commerce.

Brian Jukes. Director, Dip M, MCIM, Chartered Marketer

Brian is also an experienced business consultant and coach with over 30 years senior management experience. He is an expert communicator and facilitator with an engaging and supportive approach.

Brian has a wealth of experience of developing and implementing programmes based on the principles of Action Learning.

Alan Crockert

Having enjoyed a very successful career in the Recruitment Industry, Alan joins the PAC team of Facilitators as someone who has experienced not one, but two PAC workshops as a Delegate.

He can speak from personal experience of the changes that this involvement in the PAC had on his life, and his passion for the process is there for everyone to see.

Posie Maitles, Facilitator, MBA

Posie is an experienced business coach and facilitator who has coached business leaders from both the public and private sector. She has an MBA from University of Strathclyde Business School where she specialised in leadership development and change management.

Posie has a wealth of experience of delivering Action Learning programmes.
