How it works

“Sharing your issue is the most  effective way of getting to the right solution”

PAC is made up of individual groups of eight business leaders, from non-competing sectors, who meet on a monthly basis to examine their specific issues and to develop relevant solutions.

Each group is expertly organised and facilitated by an experienced business coach.

At meetings members take it in turn to present their issue, and thereafter the other members using supportive questioning, help the presenting member develop a clearer and deeper understanding of their issue.

At the end of each meeting all members confirm their action plan for the next meeting.  To assist with implementation the facilitator will meet with each member on a regular basis to offer advice and support.
