About the Positive Action Club

The Positive Action Club is a membership organisation based on a unique, tried and tested process, for business leaders, looking for a fresh perspective and clearer insight into their business which will allow them to make better decisions and achieve better results.

The Positive Action Club has evolved from the highly successful Action Led Business Improvement Programmes, in which over 50 business leaders from across Scottish industry and commerce took part, and is based around the principles of Action Learning, as developed by Prof. Reg Revans.

Our model, which PAC is based on, has been independently evaluated and approved by Henley Management College as the best way to deliver Action Learning to SME Business Leaders.

PAC has been created from the recognition that business leaders, particularly those of SME’s, have very few places to turn for practical and cost effective help in solving their most challenging business issues.

PAC is a recognised and growing network of clubs which address this clear and pressing need.

Being the leader is always a lonely place especially when there are decisions to be made.
