25A FK9 4EH 4th September 2008 To whom it may concern Training Undertaken by Business Fix I was Managing Director of MPC Ltd, Phoenix House, MPC are maintenance and small works contracting business working in the Public Sector providing a service for maintenance of houses and public buildings. The company employs 650 people with annual sales of circa £37 million. 1. Action led Business Improvement programme. This was attended by me as the senior manager within the organisation and with peers from other businesses. The programme allowed me to review and discuss the strategic direction and planning for my organisation. The process was facilitated and managed by Business Fix. The programme was undertaken over a 4 month period during second half of 2007. The training was carried out by This was an excellent programme which allowed me to review the real issues within my business and focus on these. The programme forced me to go to the core issues which were important for the strategic survival and development of the business and make key decisions with the business plan to achieve these points. I would recommend this process to all business leaders as it makes you review the key issues in your business forcing you to make the right decisions for the survival and development of the business. 2. Company Value training Workshops I commissioned Business Fix to undertake a number of training workshops during March and April 2008 within the company to establish personal and company values for the employees with a view to culture development for improvement of service. The training was undertaken by This was an essential programme for the company and Business Fix approached this carefully by taking time to clearly understand my needs and the issues for delivery of the training. A difficult programme where a sensitive and knowledgeable approached was required if there was to be a positive outcome. Business Fix demonstrated this in their approach designing and carrying out training workshops which made a difference.
