The directors and facilitators of PAC are all highly experienced business consultants and coaches with a wealth of experience covering a wide variety of industry sectors. All of our professional and enthusiastic team have experienced the power and benefits associated with Action Learning. Paul McDevitt, Managing Director, BA, Dip M, MBA, MCIM, Chartered Marketer Paul is an experienced business consultant and coach with a wealth of business experience covering the retail, leisure and construction industries. In the past 6 years he has assisted over 100 business leaders achieve their business ambitions. Paul has successfully implemented a number of programmes based on Action Learning which have involved business leaders from across Scottish industry and commerce. Brian is also an experienced business consultant and coach with over 30 years senior management experience. He is an expert communicator and facilitator with an engaging and supportive approach. Brian has a wealth of experience of developing and implementing programmes based on the principles of Action Learning. Colin Strachan, Facilitator Colin is an experienced business leader who has held executive positions with a number of national construction companies. He has considerable experience of leading and implementing change. More recently he has made the successful transition into business consultancy. Colin has previously been a participant on an Action Led Business Improvement programme delivered by Paul and Brian and has experienced the power of the process. Posie Maitles, Facilitator, MBA Posie is an experienced business coach and facilitator who has coached business leaders from both the public and private sector. She has an MBA from University of Strathclyde Business School where she specialised in leadership development and change management. Posie has a wealth of experience of delivering Action Learning programmes.
